Psycanics Case Studies

by the Discoverer of Psycanics, Thomas M. Powell

Just as I have processed for thousands of hours, so too I have piloted thousands of hours. The following are but a few of the situations that I have piloted in others.  Remember, psycanics will give you control over ANY experience, feeling, thought or behavior, both to discreate the negative ones and to create the desired ones.

Acrophobia

40 year black male.  This person could not get near any type of edge or drop off without going into panic. I first found about the phobia because he could not climb the pyramids at Monte Alban in Oaxaca, Mexico (where I live). To process him, I took him out into a field that had an arroyo running through it. The arroyo was dry, about 20 ft wide, with vertical sides about 8 to 10 feet high. I was particularly struck by the total irrationality of the phobia: I could have jumped from the top into the soft dirt at the bottom; but my this person could not get closer than the distance at which you could distinguish that the arroyo was there.

We started processing at a good distance from the arroyo and moving towards it until he began to feel stress and fear too strongly to continue. We then stopped while he processed his experience of fear and panic until it went down. We then moved closer until he again stopped in the grip of panic. We processed at that point until his charge was low and he could move closer. We repeated this process of moving closer to activate, stopping to discharge, and then moving closer to activate, until he was looking over the edge comfortably. The whole process took about 7 stops and about 45 minutes.

Note: this was an emotion-discharge only process: I did not go to identities, which would have been faster and more effective.

Fear of Flying

One of my daughters would get very nervous every time she had to get on an airplane, and in fact, would always take the bus if she could. Guiding her to penetrate her experience, we discovered that the source of her aversion was that, as a warplane pilot in the Second World War, she had been shot down in flames and died in the crash and fire.

(If you have a belief that denies past lives, you need to do some research. The evidence is extensive. Apart from all the evidence recorded by others, I have personally processed hundreds of past lives in others and can take most people who feel easily into their past lives at will.)

She re-lived her death incident discharging all her mental and emotional energies about it until she was clear. She now thinks nothing of flying. The entire process took less than an hour.

Arachnophobia

This was the case of a student of mysticism, white female 30 years old, at a weeklong course in the mountains, where up to 40 people stay in a very rustic cabin. When I say rustic, I mean tin roof, dirt floor, and plank walls with large cracks supplying considerable natural ventilation. Since the distinction between inside and outside at this cabin is rather vague, the place is well populated with small animals (lizards, bats, field mice) and insects including a spider population that assures these are not in danger of extinction.

This person would go into hysterics if she even saw a spider near her.

As always, we began processing by having her experience her experience. I used a spider as the trigger for her negative experience, somewhat similar to the case of acrophobia described above.  Each time she ran down the charge, I would bring a spider closer.

We processed for about 40 minutes.  At the end, I can't say that she began a life-long love affair with spiders, but she was able to let them walk over her.

Relationship Problems

This is one of the most common uses of psycanics and rather than describe any particular case, I will give a summary of all.  The underlying dynamics of most relationship conflicts is the attempt by # 1  to control the other (# 2)  so that # 1 can feel good (loved, respected, obeyed, important, etc.)  Then when # 2 resists or fail to fulfill the desires of # 1, # 1 attacks with anger, invalidation, blame, manipulation, etc.  # 2 resists all that even more.  They enter into a descending spiral of ever increasing negative energy.

Humans are at the effect of their NIRs, which are the ONLY cause of their negative emotions. (Examples of NIRs: I am weak; I am a failure; I am less than; I am unworthy; Nobody loves me, etc.  Emotions include:  anger, fear, guilt, resentment, sadness, depression). All negative emotions are caused by negative identities -- no exceptions to this law.

In such negative experience, one person tries to get the other to speak and act in ways that compensate his negative identities and thereby make him feel good.

However, it is impossible for another person to do this for long, and when she finally fails, she is subjected to negative energy (anti-love). She will resist anti-love and defend and counter-attack.  The relationship does down in flames as each party attacks the other with anti-love.

All anti-love in a relationship (demands, control, domination, manipulations, victim, blaming, arguments, fighting, throwing dishes, etc) has NIRs and self-antilove as their source.

Solution: 1- Show each person that he or she is the creator and discreator of her experience and how to do it.  2- Discreate NIRs causing the anti-love.  3- Provide certain data about communication, Space, and the true nature of love, -- and the relationship will operate at a whole new level of positive energy.

Smoking (Addiction to Tobacco)

This is a case of a 20 year old, pregnant woman who wanted to stop smoking for her first baby. I questioned her to discover all her experience, and we determined that her biggest impulse to smoke occurred at work and was strongest when her boss gave her a big or a rush assignment.

To activate her compulsion, I had her imagine herself at work and picturing her boss coming in. She does so and reports that as soon as he leaves she sees herself reaching for her cigarettes. I tell her to stop, to deny herself the smoke. I pilot her with instructions like: "Let the impulse grow. Relax and open your feeling. What are the emotions there?"

She reports anxiety, anxiety about the assignment. "Exactly what about the assignment? I ask. She replies, "I AM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO IT." There we have it: the anti-power identity behind her anxiety.

We discreate the identity with processing. She then reports then that she can live through the entire scene in her imagination with no impulse to smoke.

I warned her that when she was confronting the real trigger, that a deeper level of charge might activate and if so, she would need to discreate it. Total processing time: less than one hour.

She reported a month later that on actually being in her office, she did have to repeat the discreation process several times to eliminate all vestiges of the impulse; but that she is now free of smoking.

Alcoholism

All addictions have the same basic mechanism: the use of a substance to avoid, change or suppress negative experience.

Drinkers use alcohol to change negative experience (identities and feelings) to positive or to drown it so that they no longer fell it.

Negative experience is always anti-love. Anti-love always comes from negative identities. At the bottom of all addictions are anti-power identities such as: I CAN'T, I AM A FAILURE; -- and of anti-value identities such as: I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I AM LESS THAN, I AM UNWORTHY, I AM UNDESERVING, etc.

The processing procedure is the same for all addictions: Activate impulse. Delay impulse and let suppressed emotion charge come into consciousness. Penetrate charge to find the negative identities. Run the full discreation cycle on the identities.

Addiction to Sex

This was the case of a 35-year-old man, who although married, would go out every day to seduce and have sex with at least one woman besides his wife. He stated that it was rare that he did not achieve sex with at least one woman (not counting his wife) everyday, whether it was in an ongoing short-term love affair, or a new conquest.  (I found this level of hunting activity hard to believe, but reports (complaints) of others at least confirmed there was considerable such activity.)

In psycanics, anything which can be brought into experience can be changed.  The procedure is to activate impulse; deny gratification; and let the suppressed emotions surge into experience. Then penetrate the emotion to find the negative identities.

In his case, it was NOBODY LOVES ME; I AM NOT IMPORTANT and other identities of anti-value.

This behavior took 2 sessions per week over several weeks to clear up.

Money Problems

This person had money problems, specifically: a lack of. When he thought about his financial situation, fear and sadness activated.  On penetrating, we found several negative identities: the classic "I can't produce enough money"; and I am not good enough as a person and in my profession to produce enough money"; and "I am bad and therefore I don't deserve money and abundance".

This person had a lot of trouble feeling so full discreation of these identities took about 50 hours of processing over several months. We also used a lot of Creation on identities of excellence in his profession, and identities of wealth and abundance.

Depression

Depression is basically suppressed grief at failure or inability to reach goals with no hope for change in the future. In other words: depression is helplessness + hopelessness.

The basic NIRs that generate depression are anti-power: I CAN'T (reach my goals in life, etc); and I WILL PROBABLY NEVER BE ABLE TO.  At the effect of such NIRs, the person has so lost faith in himself, that if you ask for goals, he often can't think of any.  He suppresses his desires and goals as he feels that he can't achieve them, and to desire or try for them would only activate more pain.

After reading how serious a problem depression is considered in the psychological and medical communities, and how many people are on tranquilizers (valium, prozac, etc) for anxiety, fear, panic, grief and depression; I first thought chronic anxiety and depression must be difficult to cure.

Not so! I have seen both acute and chronic depressions, including suicidal depressions, clear up easily, sometimes in less than an hour of processing; sometimes over several sessions. Just discreate the antipower identities.

If a person is on drugs (tranquilizers) such that her experience is not available to her, it is necessary for the person to ease off on the drugs so that the experience comes into reality. You can't work with what is not in experience because it is being suppressed with drugs.

Death

When a loved one dies, most people enter into a storm of negative emotions. The death of a child is particularly painful. However, what we are mourning is not really the deceased, but rather our own situation. You don't cry for the dead; you cry for yourself.

The source of death charges is the NIRs involving loss of love and loss of support. Subconsciously the mourner has computations such as: LOVE IS SCARCE and I AM NOT VERY LOVABLE. NOW THERE IS NOBODY TO LOVE ME. NOW THERE IS NOBODY TO HELP ME, TO GIVE ME SUPPORT. I AM NOT SUFFICIENT TO GET ENOUGH LOVE ELSEWHERE.

The processing question is: What / who are you that you depend on the love of another for your happiness? Who are you that you need the support (moral or otherwise) of others? Common NIRs include: I AM WEAK. I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I CAN'T MAKE IT BY MYSELF. I AM ALONE. NOBODY LOVES ME.

A person without NIRs is able to view the passing of a loved one in serenity and wish them well.

Suicide

Over a period of 15 years of teaching and piloting, I have had at least  5 people tell me that either the courses or processing saved them from suicide.

The purpose of suicide is to to flee from, to stop suffering.  However, all suffering, all experience, is the effect of negative energies on the consciousness of the person.  Discharge the energies and the negative experience ceases.  There is no longer anything to flee from.

Conclusion

I have thousand of hours of processing myself, both with and without a pilot. I have thousands of hours of piloting others. I have trained pilots and supervised their activities and their results. I have seen thousands of activations, thousands of emotional charges. I have seen thousands of human problems and suffering of all types.

The bottom line is that: Give me any negative experience or any negative behavior and I can guide you to find the psychological mechanism behind it and to discreate it. That, plus any needed knowledge, will usually resolve the problem.

But our goal is that you learn to handle your own internal mechanisms and energies so that you control your life.

Beyond all this elimination of the negatives, is the true strength of psycanics: to be able to create yourself and your experience and behavior as you would have them. The final purpose of psycanics is that you create yourself as your highest ideal, falling in love with yourself and living happily ever after.
