Forms Troubleshooting:
In the rare event that you have trouble with the purchase form, signing up or logging into your affiliate account, follow these instructions:
- Open Internet Explorer (IE). Make sure you are using the latest IE version 6 (you can find out by going to IE's help menu then selecting the About internet explorer menu item in there) and if not, update your copy.
- Go to the Tools menu option in IE, and select the last item in the Tools menu, which is the Internet Options menu item.
- On the options screen that comes up, in the middle of it, you will find a section that reads "Temporary Internet Files". In that section, click on the button that says Delete Cookies, and then the one that says Delete Files (it may take a short while for each deletion to complete so please wait for it).
- Then, while still in the Internet Options screen, click on the Privacy tab, and in there click on the Advanced button. In the window that comes up, check the Override automatic cookie handling box if it is not checked yet, and then check Accept third part cookies, first party cookies, and session cookies.
- Close this window and try again.
- If that still doesn't work, try using another browser such as Mozilla, available free from www.mozilla.com.
